Anytime Fitness; Value for money

I am back with another fitness related blog and so many more fitness blogs are on your wayyy.On the occasion of World Health Day, Anytime Fitness, Dwarka hosted a bloggers meet where they conducted a bhangra session and a nutritionist session. Today I’ll share my experience with you guys. But before we get into this blogpost, I’d like you all to ask yourself the following questions 

•What comes first? Your work or your health?

•Do you want to earn now and lead an unhealthy life in your old age?

•Are you doing anything for your health and fitness?

•Do you have your desired body?Well, let me answer these questions for you guys

We are so busy working and studying and making money that we aren’t focusing on our health AT ALL. Ofcourse we want to earn money. Heath really doesn't matter right? But think it this way. Do you want to lead an unhealthy life in your old age. Because the way you treat your body today, the results of it is shown in your old age. So put on your shoes and wear those amazing gym tights and get ready to hit the gym because fitness comes first!

So as I told you earlier also in my previous blog that anytime fitness is a 24 hours gym and you can work all day but when you’re home at night, you can still workout cuz Anytime fitness is accessible whenever you want to go. Morever, one membership gives you access to all the Clubs globally. Yes, you read that right, with one membership you can access Anytime Fitness gyms not just nationally but internationally as well. isn't it awesome? :D

So on the occasion of World Health Day, Anytime Fitness hosted a bloggers meet. I really like the initiatives this gym takes to remind us all the importance of our health.The bhangra session was really amazing. I literally enjoyed dancing on the bhangra beats and didnt even realise that it is ultimately helping me to shed some kgs🙈It was followed by an insightful session by a very famous nutritionist. She told us the importance of healthy carbs in our meals and how we are neglecting it today thinking that avoiding carbs will help us in losing weight.

I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the bloggers meet and I recommend you all to get yourself Anytime Fitness’ membership ASAP😻
